Information for presenters

Instructions for the authors presenting an oral contribution

Sessions for oral presentations will be scheduled with a number of papers that will permit to dedicate around 18 minutes to the oral presentation of your work (please, take into account the different time assignments for all the sessions). Please, you will be kindly required to accept the indications of the session chairman concerning time limitations. Usually, some time for 2 or 3 questions will be allowed at the end of each presentation.

Please, you must contact with the Chairman of your session in order to correctly prepare and install your slides in the computers.

Available presentation facilities: computer, presentation gun, and microphone. Don’t hesitate to contact the Organization for special requirements.

Instructions for the authors presenting a poster

Posters must be displayed during the whole duration of the day June 15th on the assigned panels (your poster will be allocated on a specific panel). The main idea is to use the Coffee Breaks as time for discussion.The Organization will provide you some facilities for fixing your material (scotch, nails, etc).

Size and layout of posters: Posters can occupy a maximum surface of 117 cm (height) x 87 cm (width). It is recommended to use large fonts and drawings to make the poster readable at a distance of about 80 cm. Do not use a photocopy of your paper …

Virtual presentations

Although IWANN organization encourages an active participation in the conference, authors who are unable to attend the conference in person due to funding issues concerning travel expenses may participate with a virtual presentation. A virtual presentations will consist of a recorded video or recording slides with voice-over where authors could present their accepted contribution (around 10-20 minutes). These videos or slides will be available for attendees in our conference website. The number of virtual presentations is limited.

If you are interested in participating with virtual presentation, please, send an email to: iwann@ugr.es, with Subject: Virtual_Presentation, in order to send us the link for download your video (it is recommended to use .mp4 format). The deadline for sending the virtual presentation is June 10th.
